I feel it's unfair to charge clients more for selling properties with higher sale prices than for properties with lower prices. The same effort and skill are required to market & sell properties at varying price points, and I offer the same high level of service to all of my clients. So why charge different commission amounts for each transaction? I took a close look and decided to do things differently. In 2023 I founded Sage Real Estate, a flat fee brokerage that's revolutionizing how real estate sales work in Brazoria County and surrounding areas.
To me, this isn't "sales". I see myself as a guide and adviser along the path to the decision that makes the most sense for my clients.
